Our remodel process begins with performing a 3D digital mapping scan of the store or stores to analyze the store dimensions and conditions. This allows us to work with the team on design and specify the appropriate fixtures, millwork, and materials. We then perform demo, carpentry and electrical work, receive and install all new fixtures, displays, and decor, and set up sales counters and cash wraps. Finally, we set all merchandise to the planogram.
